1. Acceptance of Terms

winxbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by winxbet may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

winxbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winxbet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Termination

Upon termination of your account for cause, winxbet reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or a breach of these Terms is established, any real-money balance held in the account pending investigation. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following the completion of any required verification procedures.

You may close your winxbet account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after applicable verification checks are completed.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
